Had a good used-car buying experience from them. The service was smooth and flawless. However, the receptionist may need to learn a few things on customer service. No smile even to the first customer in the morning, who is there to buy a car. I sure was not dressed in a suit but you should treat everyone equally irrespective of how they look. Anyway, I am happy with my purchase and that is all what matters to me. Can't comment on the service department.

Mazda offers quality and it begins giving one that experience from its representatives. Well, at least this dealership does. Valérie, Harry and Sergio were all amazing. They offered quality interactions throughout the buying process. Valérie, sales rep, was especially attentive to what I was looking for and helped me find solutions to acquire the car. If you're a Mazda fan like me, I would recommend visiting this dealership and speak to Valérie. (Although I'm sure the other reps are great as well). If you're not a fan, I'd still recommend this dealership (you might become one). I leased a CX-90 PHEV GS. I was surprised with the add on Facebook. PHEVs generally require a waitlist, but the waitlist is not that long at this Mazda. Valérie found me one in stock. So no wait for me. The car's in my driveway within a week. Overall great experience.

Had a great experience with Marc for the purchase of our car. He was patient, considered our needs above everything else, And found the right vehicle that fit into our budget. We couldn’t be more grateful. We asked so many questions and every time he was ready to answer. A few weeks ago, the engine light of my Mazda5 stayed on and wouldn't go off. I took it to a Canadian Tire, which used to be my go-to for fixes, to try to figure out what was wrong. They did a scan for about $150 and made me change the oil cap for around $100. The problem didn't go away. Despite their incompetency, the staff at the end shamelessly told me that it would usually cost $1500+ to have it fixed properly. I mean... what? I spent $250 for nothing beside your mumbo-jumbo making excuses and you want more of my money for doing nothing? After that unpleasant experience, I made an appointment with this garage. I drove and left my car there early next morning. Their (free) shuttle service driver, Robert, dropped me back home after some paperworks. At 10:37 a.m., I received a call from them saying it would cost me about $500 to fix it. Since it was way less than what the Canadian Tire staff claimed, I gave them the go sign without too much concern. Then after maybe a couple of hours, I received another call saying my car was ready. However, I couldn't be there right away because I had quite a few meetings on that day. I had to take their last shuttle service, at 4pm, to get back my car. And they were so flexible that I was actually the last one the driver (yes, it was Robert) picked up before finishing his day so that I could have more time finishing my job. Excellent service and professionalism! Zoom-zoom Mazda!
